A metabolic health and science communication specialist with experience in distance running and training culture. Produces medically rigorous consumer health content for Pfizer’s Digital Health, Medicines & AI organization, supporting clinical content development focused on obesity and cardiometabolic health. Work centers on translating complex topics such as metabolism, weight regulation, obesity treatment, and metabolic physiology into clear public-facing materials.
As a Registered Dietitian specializing in metabolic physiology, also serves as faculty at Lehman College, teaching future nutrition professionals how to critically evaluate scientific evidence, understand metabolic mechanisms, and communicate with clinical accuracy.
In addition to academic and industry work, contributes to media environments where accurate metabolic information is essential.
